The sky was heavy with thick dark cloud but the colours were vibrant & true. The autumn border at Kiftsgate is now all tucked up and ready for winter. It was a quiet joy to meander through the garden in complete stillness, the only sound was the eerie cawing of crows echoing from the hillside pines above. A moment of calm before the weather turns.
